Muhammad Ali training session headshot, 1977 — Limited Edition Print
A classic photograph of Muhammad Ali, this image was captured in the twelve days leading up to his match against the fearsome, hard-hitting heavyweight Earnie Shavers at Madison Square Garden in 1977. Some years later, Brennan showed the picture to Ali who traced his right index finger over the sweat beads in the photograph and mumbled, "All them years, all them years of hard work."
The print resides in the permanent collection of the Smithsonian Institution.
