From the Knabe Mankowitz Collection: A special collaboration between Walter and renowned English rock and roll photographer, Gered Mankowitz.

The fifth in the collection is Annie Lennox, titled "Annie '86". The edition of 200 was created using a powerful color photo of Annie from Gered's final session with the Eurythmics. It was shot in Paris for the cover of their "Revenge" album in 1986. Gered said it was always a joy working with Annie, and she was a most wonderful subject to photograph.

Walter and Gered collaborated to create mesmerizing artwork that highlighted the simplicity of Gered's photo. Focus was placed on Annie's captivating eyes and red lips to bring drama to the image that represents her powerful presence. Special consideration was given to printing her smooth and opaque, pale pink flesh tones. Her light hair coloration took three silkscreen revisions to achieve the white, textured punk vibe.
