What is your shipping process?
We offer free shipping on all orders over £100 internationally, and free shipping for all orders within the UK.
All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning any applicable customs duties and import taxes are covered in advance by us. This ensures no additional customs charges and a smooth delivery.
Every order is carefully packaged to museum standards to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we also offer free 30-day returns for added peace of mind.
Are the prints authentic?
Every print we offer is a genuine fine art print, produced either directly by the photographer or under the supervision of their estate or archive.
Each limited edition print is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Prints are individually signed and numbered where applicable, and produced to museum-grade standards using archival materials to ensure longevity and fidelity to the original image.
We work closely with photographers and their estates to preserve the integrity of each work, so you can be confident that every print we sell is both authentic and of the highest quality.
Can I visit the gallery in person?
You can visit our galleries any times during opening hours – no ticket or entry fee is required. For details on opening times and locations, visit our about us page.
Can I arranged a private viewing?

How long will delivery take, and are duties included?
Orders to New Caledonia typically arrive within 8-15 business days. All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so any applicable customs duties and import taxes are calculated and covered in advance - there are no additional charges on delivery.
