Shipping and Returns
All verified orders will receive an initial email confirming the purchase, and a second email with tracking information.
Orders are evaluated by fraud detection services. If your order is deemed fraudulent / too risky to fulfill, payment will be voided and all funds will be released back to the original payment method.
Depending on the item(s) you've purchased, order processing times may vary. Orders placed during peak seasons may experience slight delays.
Order Processing (by item):
- Prints: 7-10 business days
- Books / Boxsets: 1-3 business days
Estimated Shipping Times (after order processing):
- Domestic (United Kingdom): 1-2 business days
- United States: 2-5 business days
- International: 5-14 business days
These are approximate shipping time as delivery times vary depending on the availability of the photographer. We cannot guarantee an item will be delivered within these time frames. For assistance with shipments that exceed the above timeframes, contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Our orders are shipped Delivery Duty Paid, meaning all customs duties & taxes are covered. We guarantee no additional charges on delivery.
In the event you were shipped the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us immediately.
Cancellations and changes to the shipping address are not possible once an order has been placed. If a shipment is returned to us, we will not refund the original shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
Returns:
Our Returns Policy allows for returns up to 30 days upon delivery.
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, accompanied by original certificates and packaging. Returned products cannot be framed, altered, or damaged. Shipping fees are not refundable. Return fees are paid by the customer.
Items sent back without a return authorization, and any merchandise returned that does not meet our requirements, will be denied.
